Employee Ski Pass Program 2025-2026
Life in the mountains is about enjoying every season, and skiing is a big part of it. At BCP, we want every employee to have the chance to hit the slopes, which is why we’re committed to making ski passes affordable and accessible for all.
Important Dates and Payment Options:
- Passes are available for purchase until December 15, 2025.
- It can take up to 14 days for your pass to be processed and ready for pick-up, though we'll notify you by email if it's available sooner.
- Upfront payment only. No financing or payroll deductions available.
- All passes are non-refundable, with no exceptions unless you have purchased pass protection insurance.
Steps and Timeline for Ordering Your Ski Pass
Follow these steps to secure your pass and enjoy the slopes this season:
- Submit Your Pass Order
Visit the staff pass website and complete your pass order form.
- Payment Processing
Within 2 days of submitting your pass order, you will receive a PayPal invoice.
- Invoice Payment
Once your PayPal invoice is paid, we'll submit your order to the ski area on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
- Processing Timelines by Ski Area:
- Norquay: 5 days from receipt of order
- Ski Big 3: 5 days from receipt of order
- Sunshine: 5 days from receipt of order
- Lake Louise: 10 days from receipt of order
- Order Confirmation
We'll send you an email to confirm your pass order with the ski area, and you can expect to pick up your pass in 5-7 days.
- Pass Pick-Up Locations
- For Norquay passes, head to the Banff Train Station at 327 Railway Ave.
- For all other passes, visit the SkiBig3 Hub at 114 Banff Ave.
